Music Major  

This major is designed to develop a student’s musical abilities in instrument or voice to be used to glorify God in the local church. Students will be taught the philosophy concerning the purpose and use of music as based upon the Bible. They will have the opportunity to play or sing in both groups and solos, and take individual lessons. Music students will receive quality training in music theory, conducting, and arranging. Opportunities will be given these students to sharpen their skills and use their talents in the services of the local church.
