Correspondence and Independent Study Credit

Because of the benefits of classroom instruction and personal interaction with the professor and other students, Florida Baptist College disfavors the use of correspondence courses and independent study. The Academic Dean may approve the use of some correspondence courses or independent study on a case-by-case benefit to assist students to fulfill course requirements for graduation. In no event may a student be allowed to apply more than twelve (12) hours of correspondence or independent study credits to his academic record.
